  • Diagnostic reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Exportable PDF reports (some features require payment).

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze.
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit our systems.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal usage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and Billing

Some features require payment:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed before purchase. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Credits and single-report purchases do not expire unless otherwise noted.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Site Mechanic. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Reports you generate are yours to use for your business purposes. However, you may not claim the underlying analysis technology as your own.

Limitation of Liability

Site Mechanic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • The accuracy or completeness of scan results.
  • Specific outcomes from implementing our recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Mechanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Site Mechanic and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
